1. The Short Version
Do not use this store to commit fraud, to harm other people, or to break the law. What follows is the detail.
2. You Must Not
- Sell, buy or transfer anything you do not have the right to sell, buy or transfer.
- Sell access to an account that belongs to somebody else, or that was obtained by phishing, credential stuffing, data breach or any other unauthorised access.
- Resell an item that has already been sold, or supply credentials you have kept a copy of and intend to keep using.
- Use the marketplace to launder money, evade sanctions, or process payments for anything prohibited.
- Impersonate another person, business or brand — in a store name, a listing, a logo or a message.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anybody through messages, reviews or disputes.
- Post malware, or anything designed to compromise a buyer's device or accounts.
- Scrape, probe or attack the platform, or attempt to reach another user's orders, delivery data, messages or balance.
3. Store and Listing Content
Store names, descriptions, logos and banners must stay on-platform. They may not contain external links, domains, email addresses, phone numbers, social handles, QR codes, or promotion of another marketplace.
4. What Happens If You Break These Rules
Depending on what happened: a listing is removed, a store is suspended, funds are frozen while we investigate, or an account is closed. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
Money already owed to buyers is protected first. A suspended seller still owes delivery on orders that were already paid for.
5. Reporting Something
Every listing has a report link, and every message thread can be reported. Use them — they reach a person. Or write to the store email address.
