1. What This Policy Covers
this store is a marketplace. Most items are sold by independent sellers and delivered instantly as digital goods — account credentials, licence keys, subscriptions and similar. This policy explains when money comes back to you and how.
2. The Warranty Period
Every order carries a warranty period that begins when the item is delivered to you. The length is shown on the listing before you buy and again on your order.
Open a dispute inside that window. Once it closes, the order is settled and the seller has been paid.
3. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
- The item was never delivered.
- The item does not work, or does not match what the listing described.
- The item had already been used or sold to somebody else.
You are not entitled to a refund because you changed your mind, bought the wrong thing, or broke the item yourself after it was delivered working.
4. How to Ask
Open a dispute from the order. Describe what is wrong and attach evidence — a screen recording is the most useful thing you can provide. The seller is asked to respond, and an administrator decides if you and the seller do not agree.
5. How a Refund Is Paid
An approved refund returns to your this store wallet balance, where you can spend it immediately. A refund to an original payment method, where it is possible at all, depends on the payment provider and takes as long as that provider takes.
An approved refund and a completed refund are different things. We tell you which state yours is in, and we do not claim money has moved before it has.
6. Partial Refunds
Where you bought several items in one order and only some are faulty, a partial refund covers the faulty ones. The rest of the order stands.
