1. Who Can Sell
Selling on this store starts with an application. Applying grants nothing — a store is created only when an administrator approves it. You keep your buyer account either way.
2. What You Must Do
- Describe accurately. A listing says what the buyer gets, in what format, and what it does not include.
- Deliver what you sold. Stock is delivered from what you uploaded. Selling the same item twice is the fastest way to lose a store.
- Keep stock honest. If an item is gone, remove it. A listing that cannot be fulfilled costs the buyer their time and you your rating.
- Answer your buyers. Messages and disputes have response windows. Silence is treated as no response.
- Honour the warranty period. Within it, a broken item is replaced or refunded.
3. Store Content
Your store name, description, logo and banner stay on-platform: no external links, domains, emails, phone numbers, social handles or QR codes, and nothing promoting another marketplace. Changes to a store's name or description are reviewed.
4. Your Money
Earnings are held while each order's warranty period runs, and released after it. An open dispute freezes the earnings on that order until it is decided — frozen, not forfeited.
Platform commission is taken at the moment of sale, at the rate in force then. A later rate change never restates a past sale.
5. Verification
A verified store shows a badge to buyers. Verification is decided when your application is reviewed, using documents that are kept in private storage and are never shown publicly.
6. If You Fall Short
Listings are removed, a store is suspended, or an account is closed — depending on what happened and whether it was repeated. A suspended store cannot take new orders but must still deliver orders already paid for, and can still be paid for them.
